Mike is a lawyer focused on sound commercial outcomes, and an experienced manager and negotiator. He has a demonstrated track record in sourcing and leading complex property developments; structuring and negotiating commercial transactions; providing financial and commercial advice; conflict negotiation and resolution; co-ordinating and managing due diligence in asset selection, acquisition and disposal; and in strategic and tactical business decision making.

Early on in his career Mike was an economist with the Federal Treasury and progressed his career as a senior advisor in banking and investment banking to the Boards and senior management of corporate and government agencies in the areas of public debt securities and loan documentation, treasury, and financial risk management. Mike has advised on contract negotiation and contract formation in the finance, construction, building, property, property development, banking and finance sectors. He has advised listed, private, and high net worth family groups over the years.

Mike holds qualifications both as a solicitor and Class 1 Real Estate Agent, as well having specialist degrees in business, economics, and applied finance.

Mike is deeply passionate in providing legal and related advisory services, to help clients steer through, or deal appropriately with life impacting decisions, often involving complexity in commercial, business, investment, wealth and conflict scenarios that life can bring.
