Sam Alawie is a principal solicitor and co-founder of VanderFox

Sam advises clients on a range of property transactions with extensive experience in the acquisition and disposal of residential, commercial and industrial property, retail and commercial leasing, call options, due diligence, and joint ventures. He has particular focus on providing advice to property developers from the commencement phase of a project through to completion.

Sam acts for a broad range of clients including individuals, private corporations, property developers, high net wealth groups, SME’s and professional advisers. Sam’s keen interest and passion for real estateallows him to provide his clients with in-depth legal advice as well as considered practical and commercial advice.

Sam was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2014. Only after two years, he was a co-director of a boutique law firm in Sydney which specialised in commercial and property matters. Recently, Sam acted as General Counsel for Crux Enterprises providing high level advice on commercial transactions involving customers in the Pan Asia Pacific region. In addition, Sam has utilised his wealth of knowledge of the Australian sporting industry as well as his legal and business acumen to help develop industry partnerships with up and coming Australian sportswear business, Diamond Sports.
